Multiple program discounts
- Single Pricing is for one program.
- Double Pricing is for two consecutive programs on the same day, at the same site.

May Insect Fair Program price is $160 for a half-hour experience. Advance registration is required.
At-school Programs can be brought to your classroom. There is a 1.5 hour program minimum and an additional travel fee per visit for all At-school Programs.
Weekend Programs are scheduled according to YSI instructor availability. An additional fee may be charged.
Discounts
Title 1 Schools (those with 40%+ of students on the free or reduced price lunch program) receive an additional $25 discount, up to Triple Pricing.
Programs scheduled for September, December, January, and February receive a 10% discount.
Home School Groups receive Double Pricing when booking four or more programs per year, or Triple Pricing for booking eight or more programs per year.
• Register for all programs as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability.
• A credit card is required to guarantee your program date.
• Payment is due 30 days from date invoice sent.
• There is a $25 fee for any changes or cancellations.
• There are no refunds for programs cancelled less than 30 days prior to program date.
• We conduct programs rain or shine. Please dress appropriately.
• Prices listed as of 2010-11 school year. Fees and program content are subject to change.
Group Size
Programs are designed to be hands-on.
Pre-K - 2nd grade programs work best for groups of 25 or less.
3rd - 8th grade programs work best for groups of 35 or less. If your class size is larger, please discuss with us.
