Pricing Information

Per Program Costs:

1/2 hour program $150
1 hour program $200
1-1/2 hour program $225
2 hour program $275
3 hour program $475

The programs below feature instructor-led small group stations, and are priced as follows:

Moving, Exploding Earth $300

At-school Programs can be brought to your classroom. There is a 1.5 hour program minimum and an additional travel fee per visit for all At-school Programs.

Weekend Programs are scheduled according to YSI instructor availability. An additional fee may be charged.

Discounts

Groups booking multiple sessions for same day, consecutive delivery receive a $25 discount for the day. YSI instructors require a short break between sessions to reset their materials.

Programs scheduled for September, December, January,, and February receive a 10% discount.

Title 1 Schools (those with 40%+ of students on the free or reduced price lunch program) receive a $25 discount per program.

Home School Groups receive a $25 discount of total booking if they reserve 4 or more programs during the school year.

Registration & Payment

• Register for all programs as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability.
• A credit card is required to guarantee your program date.
• Payment is due 30 days from date invoice sent.
• There is a $25 fee for any changes or cancellations.
• There are no refunds for programs cancelled less than 30 days prior to program date.
• We conduct programs rain or shine. Please dress appropriately.
• Prices listed as of 2010-11 school year. Fees and program content are subject to change.

Group Size

Programs are designed to be hands-on.
Pre-K - 2nd grade programs work best for groups of 25 or less.
3rd - 8th grade programs work best for groups of 35 or less. If your class size is larger, please discuss with us.
