*20% of total program fees plus a 50$ administrative fee are non-refundable for cancelations made any time before May 11th, 2026

*Cancelations between May 11th and two weeks before your camp start date result in 50% of total program fees, plus an additional $50 administrative fee being non-refundable.

Camp enrollments are not transferable to another child.

If minimum camp enrollment is not met at least two (2) weeks prior to the first day of camp, Youth Science Institute (YSI) reserves the right to cancel that camp session.

In the event that a camp session is canceled by YSI due to low enrollment, families will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. A full refund will be issued, or families may choose to transfer their enrollment to another available camp session, subject to availability. Transfers are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

YSI reserves the right, at its discretion, to operate camp sessions below the stated minimum enrollment when appropriate.
